PAYMENT INFORMATION

PayPal is my preferred source of payment. I will also accept money orders or cashier check. Please notify me if you will be paying by money order or cashiers check. Sorry, but I do not accept personal checks. Payment is due within 7 days of purchase or placing the winning bid.

RETURNS

All returns require prior authorization. Return Merchandise Authorizations (RA or RMAs) are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 15% restocking fee and must be unopened in resalable condition. Orders can be returned up to 15 days from the time the order was shipped. Restrictions listed above will apply. You will be refunded for the full product amount for any defective products which did not request replacement. Replacements can be processed once the defective item has arrived back to us. Return shipment fees are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES

Damages and Shortages must be reported within 10 days of receiving the order otherwise it is processed as a non-defective return. Packages must stay in the original condition which they were received until the carrier can process the damaged claim.

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS INFORMATION

When appropriate, shipping fees will be combined and discounted as long as you pay for all items at the same time. If you have any questions about combined shipping eligibility on specific items, please contact me before you place your bid. Most items ship within 3 days of receipt of payment. They will generally ship either by regular Parcel Post, First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Shipping insurance is not required, but is recommended. I take every precaution to ensure your item arrives safely. I am not responsible for any damage to your items once I ship them if insurance is not purchased. I am also not responsible for customs or declaration fees when shipping outside the United States. The buyer is responsible for any such fees and should make themself familiar with these fees prior to bidding.
